Greg has been conducting world-leading electrochemistry research since 2006, during which time he has published over 80 peer-reviewed journal papers. He is currently Reader, professor and research group leader of the Electrochemical Science and Engineering group at Imperial College London. Greg is also co-founder of the Faraday Institution, the UK’s flagship battery research programme, and Principal Investigator of its $20 million Faraday Multi-Scale Modelling programme. Previously, Greg completed a secondment as an Energy Advisor to the UK’s Department of Energy and Climate Change.
One third of the founding team, Greg is Breathe’s Chief Scientist and Chair of its scientific advisory board. In this role, he is pivotal in driving Breathe’s technology evolution by ensuring it stays at the forefront of the latest scientific developments.
