  • 40 physical cell samples shipped to Breathe
    We'll use approximately one-quarter of these samples for parameterisation, another quarter to sweep beginning-of-life performance and half of the samples to evaluate degradation.

Licences consist of an uptake fee and a per-unit royalty fee. Licenses may be obtained on either a per-platform basis, or on a per-product basis.

A typical use-case is an OEM taking a new product platform to market, with a number of product variants being designed and released on top of that common platform. The OEM then licenses Breathe Charge for the underlying platform, making adaptive charging available to all products on the platform.

The license uptake fee is paid at the time of license signature. Royalties are paid on net-30 terms on a quarterly basis according to manufacturing volumes in the previous quarter.
